Baked King Salmon
This was one of the best salmon dishes I have ever had and I have spent plenty of time enjoying PNW salmon dishes up north. The texture was luscious and the seasoning was perfect. It was truly scrumptious on the palate and gorgeous on the eyes. I will be back for more.
8 oz. Filet Mignon
Ordered the 8oz filet rare and it came out absolutely perfect. Love the selection of fine foods and wines that this establishment provides. Truly top tier.
Chili Lime Rubbed Mahi Mahi
The Chili Lime Rubbed Mahi Mahi is fantastic. The fish was very flavorful and had just the right amount of spice. I also tried the Crispy Kurobuta Pork Belly Lollipops were delicious! The service was amazing and just had a wonderful time.
8 oz. Filet Mignon
The chef made my filet perfectly and paired it with black truffle mashed potatoes. The meal was amazing and so was the wine!
Slow Braised Beef Shortrib
Braised beef short rib is my favorite dish wherever I go, but I have never had short rib this delicious before. It was balanced perfectly with the pearl couscous and the reduction tied it all together. I can't wait to come back and order this again!

I can confidently say it was one of the best steaks I've ever had. The cut was perfectly tender, cooked exactly to my requested temperature (medium rare), and every bite was bursting with flavor. The chef clearly knows how to let the quality of the meat shine while enhancing it with just the right seasoning and a flawless sear. I paired my filet with a red wine, which complemented the dish beautifully. If you're a steak lover or just appreciate exceptional food, this place is an absolute must-try.

The 8 oz Filet Mignon at The Winery in Newport Beach was absolutely amazing! It was cooked perfectly—so tender and juicy that it practically melted in my mouth. The flavor was incredible, with just the right amount of seasoning. The perfect match to a glass of red wine. Plus, the presentation was beautiful, making the whole experience feel extra special. If you're looking for a great steak dinner in Newport, I highly recommend trying this one!

Easily one of the best-prepared filet's in Orange County. The sides are excellent as well.
